New York: A 24-Karat gold plated wheelchair with a black leather seat complete with a removable leather canopy has been created for Lady Gaga to help her recover post-hip surgery. Gaga has commissioned Ken Borochov of the luxury brand Mordekai to create the one-of-a-kind wheelchair, the New York Post reported. The chair can also recline all the way back if Gaga needs to lie down. Borochov, who's designed pieces for Nicki Minaj, Kanye West and Cher Lloyd, said about Gaga's wheels, "I certainly wasn't expecting that phone call and have never done a wheelchair but am always up for a challenge and was thrilled to create what I affectionately dubbed the Chariot, a chair fit only for a queen." The celebrity stylist had only one week to complete the project. Los Angeles: Pop star Justin Bieber struck back at his critics on Thursday, denouncing the "countless lies" written about him after a week in which he canceled a concert, collapsed on stage and had a run-in with paparazzi. In a lengthy posting on his Instagram profile, the 19-year-old singer said he was not going into rehab, contrary to some media speculation, and felt he had done nothing to deserve the negative press surrounding his European tour. New Delhi: Katrina Kaif has usually done love stories but the actress says she is looking forward to go beyond her romantic image with action films 'Dhoom 3' and 'Bang Bang'. The two films, starring Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan, involve hardcore action and Katrina herself will be seen performing some dare devil stunts. Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha says that stepping into the world of 1950s Kolkata for Vikramaditya Motwane's period romance 'Lootera' was a difficult but fulfilling experience. The first look of the film, unveiled on Thursday, shows a black and white image of Sonakshi and actor Ranveer Singh together in a taxi. Sonakshi saw rushes of the film and was absolutely blown by the rushes of 'Lootera', which is inspired by O Henry's famous story 'The Last Leaf'. London: Singer Katy Perry has signed a 2million-dollar deal to bring out her autobiography. The book, which will be named as 'Part Of Me', will cover her life so far, including marriage and divorce from comic Russell Brand, the Sun reported. London: Emma Watson has reportedly has declined an offer to play the part of Cinderella in a new adaptation. The 'Harry Potter' star has apparently turned down the role because of her hectic work schedule, the Daily Express reported. Kenneth Branagh, who is directing the remake of the Disney classic, is said to have offered the part to the British star, but now it's been claimed that the 22-year-old will not star in the film.
