Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra unveiled the first look of "Babli Badmaash", which is her much-awaited item number from the movie 'Shootout At Wadala', in Mumbai on Monday. The 30-years-old, who looked smoking hot in her bright red dress during the event, made a filmy entry as she cut the cake and opened the champagne bottle. Speaking at the occasion, Chopra said that being notorious is a good thing and not a bad one. "I don't think it's a tag and this item girl thing is overdone. We never used to call Helen aunty like this," she said. The 'Fashion' star, who has for the very first time done an item number, has not donned any revealing clothes in the song and has instead opted to wear an ensemble made of rubber and leather. The costume even had LED lights fitted to it, as a tribute to Amitabh Bachchan's iconic outfit in 'Yaarana'.

John Abraham, Manoj Bajpayee, Sunny Leone, Anil Kapoor, Sonu Sood, Mika Singh, Tusshar Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Gupta, Sunidhi Chauhan, Anu Malik, Sophie Choudry and other celebrities were present at the audio launch of 'Shootout At Wadala'.

According to sources, her remuneration for that one song is Rs. 2.8 crore, which is around what she normally charges to do an entire film. “She is in the midst of shooting for two films, Zanjeer and Gunday, but she still managed to findtime for the song, since she was getting almost the same money she gets for a film,” says a source. Interestingly, SAW is being produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, who are also making Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Milan Talkies, with Priyanka. Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra will perform a special retro song in Sanjay Gupta's new film 'Shootout At Wadala'. "So Priyanka Chopra it is guys! She will be performing our smashing retro chartbuster- 'Babli badmash hai', composed by Anu Malik," Gupta tweeted. Releasing on May 1, 'Shootout at Wadala' features John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Kangna Ranaut, Sonu Sood, Manoj Bajpayee and Tusshar Kapoor. The film is based on the first-ever registered encounter by Mumbai police, where gangster Manya Surve was shot dead. The encounter took place in Wadala, Mumbai on November 1 1982.
