In its citation, a jury headed by film-maker Basu Chatterjee praised the movie directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia, lauding its "sleek and sensitive handling of a not-too-common subject with remarkable aplomb." ♥~~ 'Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns' ~~♥

Image
'Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns' is the sequel to the 2011 film, 'Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster'. "Everyone is vicious and dubious, but they don't look bad or cruel. They all have hidden agendas. After losing his legs, Saheb becomes wheelchair-bound and more vicious, especially towards his alcoholic Biwi, who is now a legislator. Irrfan's character, also of royal lineage, is driven by revenge against the Saheb. He is the gangster, but is in no way similar to Randeep Hooda's character in the previous film. Soha also plays a significant role. Her character is the catalyst; the film is driven by her tragedy. The story is not a love quadrangle. Women use sex as a weapon and that takes the film ahead," said director Tigmanshu in an interview with TOI. Directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia, the film stars Jimmy Sheirgill, Mahie Gill, Randeep Hooda, Soha Ali Khan, Irrfan Khan, Pravesh Rana, Deepraj Rana, Raj Babbar ,Neha Dhupia and Mugdha Godse...
