~~ 'Ramayya Vastavayya' audio launch ~~

 Jr NTR, S S Rajamouli, VV Vinayak, S Thaman, Harish Shankar and Dil Raju among others were present at the audio launch of 'Ramayya Vastavayya'. Directed by Harish Shankar, 'Ramayya Vastavayya' stars Jr. NTR, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Shruti Haasan, Hamsa Nandini and Kota Srinivasa Rao. The music of this much awaited Telugu film has been composed by S Thaman. A teaser of the "Jabilli Nuvve Cheppamma" song, which was released on August 30, went viral and garnered over one million views on a video-sharing website. Actress Samantha, who was unable to attend the music launch due to prior commitments, tweeted: "Really sad that I will not be able to make it for the audio release of RV. Thaman has worked his magic yet again. Congrats." 'Ramayya Vastavayya' will hit screens on October 10.

'Chennai Express' audio launch

The audio launch of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Chennai Express' was indeed a memorable one. Going with the theme of the film, mediapersons were given 'mund' and 'lungi', the traditional attire of South Indians. "It was quite an experience wearing a 'lungi' and it was helpful because we were shooting in a hot place," Shah Rukh told reporters. The music of the film is given by Vishal and Shekar. Deepika Padukone, who worked with Shah Rukh after her debut film 'Om Shanti Om', said he is still very protective about her. She said: "He is still the same. He is still very protective and caring about me." The audio launch also had performances by dancers and Shah Rukh Khan, who has injured his shoulder, grooved with them. Actor Imran Khan feels the classic qawali number "Tayyab Ali", which has been recreated in his upcoming film 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobaara', will be popular among youngsters. The makers of 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobaara' bought the official rights of the song "Tayyab Ali Pyaar Ka Dushman" from Manmohan Desai, who directed and produced 1977 film 'Amar Akbar Anthony'. Imran and his co-star Sonakshi Sinha have recreated the magic of the evergreen song, which was originally picturised on Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh, in 'Amar Akbar Anthony'. ""Tayyab Ali" song has been reinvented. It is perfect in the context we have used in the film. Also youngsters would get a chance to listen to the classic song in new style and certainly like it," Imran told reporters at the song launch. Vijay, Amala Paul, Sathyaraj, Ragini Nandwani, Abhimanyu Singh, Nassar, G V Prakash Kumar, Rekha, A L Vijay, Sangeetha Vijay, SA Chandrasekar, Saranya Ponvannan and many other celebrities were present at the audio launch of 'Thalaivaa'. Vijay, who has three back-to-back hits with Tamil films such as 'Kaavalan', 'Nanban' and 'Thuppakki', is eyeing a fourth hit with 'Thalaivaa', which is directed by A.L Vijay. 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' audio launch

 Former athlete Milkha Singh launched the music of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag', saying he hoped that the film inspires the youth of today to take part in the Olympics and win laurels for their country. "The coming generation does not know about Milkha Singh. I hope that they see this movie and get inspired to take part in the Olympics and make their country proud," he said at the launch. He also revealed that he was approached by three to four directors to make a film on his life story. "Three to four directors approached me saying that they wanted to make a film on my story. My son was there when Rakeysh-ji (Omprakash Mehra) came and he decided that I should make it with him," he said. 'Lootera' audio launch

National award-winning music composer Amit Trivedi said his renditions in 'Lootera' are a tribute to the legendary composer R.D. Burman. "The music of this film is a tribute to Pancham Da (R D Burman) in terms of melody and orchestration. I am happy that the music is getting good response," Trivedi said at the audio launch. Songs like "Sawaar Loon", "Manmarziyan", "Monta Re" were performed by playback singer Shilpa Rao and lyricist-singers Amitabh Bhattacharya and Swanand Kirkire at the event.  Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, who is looking forward to the release of 'Aashiqui 2', says it is a very different film from 'Aashiqui' but the emotion of love remains the same. Bhatt directed the 1990 hit romantic film 'Aashiqui'. The film, starring Rahul Roy and Anu Agarwal, was a commercial success particularly because of its music and songs. While 'Aashiqui 2' is directed by Mohit Suri, it stars Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. "'Aashiqui 2' is very much different from 'Aashiqui'. That film was set in the 90s, this is in 2013. So as the generation has changed, the narrative of the film has also changed," Bhatt told reporters at the film's music launch.
