English Translation of Al-Quran [24].Surah An-Nur [The Light] Ayat 42. And to Allah belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah is the return (of all). [Tafseer] of ayat 42. Yea, to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; and to Allah is the final goal (of all). From Him we are; to Him we belong; and to Him we shall return. Not only we, but all Creation, proclaims this in the whole world.
