The music of this much awaited Telugu film has been composed by S Thaman. A teaser of the "Jabilli Nuvve Cheppamma" song, which was released on August 30, went viral and garnered over one million views on a video-sharing website. Actress Samantha, who was unable to attend the music launch due to prior commitments, tweeted: "Really sad that I will not be able to make it for the audio release of RV. Thaman has worked his magic yet again. Congrats." 'Ramayya Vastavayya' will hit screens on October 10.

Day 1 of 2013 South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA), held in Sharjah, UAE, saw the who's who of south Indian film industry in attendance. Dhanush, Asin, Shruti Haasan, Kajal Aggarwal, Amala Paul, Hansika Motwani, Shriya Saran, Charmee Kaur, Trisha, Priyamani, Nithya Menon, Pooja Gandhi, Reema Sen, Lakshmi Manchu, Remya Nambeesan, Rima Kallingal, Regina Cassandra, Lakshmi Menon, Rana Daggubati, Vidyut Jamwal, Vikram Prabhu, Allu Sirish, Navdeep, Harris Jayaraj, Lingusamy among others were present at 2013 SIIMA. Speaking at a press conference, Nagarjuna said that he will be seen in three getups with various backdrops in the action entertainer. Our source tells us, in the first disguise he is a don’s right hand man in Hong Kong, in the second an old city strongman and the third, a family man. Bhai is directed by Veerabhadram Chowdhary and Richa Gangopadhyay will play the female lead. Sonu Sood and Rahul Dev too will be an important part of the film. Annapurna Studios is producing this Nagarjuna starrer in association with Reliance Entertainment. Sameer Reddy has done the cinematography and Devi Sri Prasad has composed the music for the film. Bhai also has songs featuring Hamsa Nandini and Nathalia Kaur. As per sources, the film is expected to release on September 6.
