Aashiqui 2 becomes the first Super Hit of the year 2013

Year 2013 has not opened well for Bollywood as we have not seen any big grossing movies. But what was not expected has happened as we have a Super Hit film and the film is not a big movie ( in terms of leading Stars ). Aashiqui 2 is not less than a surprise for movie lovers and Industry. First the music was appreciated a lot and when the movie arrived in the theaters, the audience loved it.

After a decent start, Aashiqui 2 did extremely well in its first week despite of its clash with Hollywood Mega release Iron Man 3 and in second weekend, the film again clashed with Shootout At Wadala which was also a healthy release but still Aashiqui 2 dominated the box office as it collected around 8 crore net in its second weekend taking the total to around 42 crore which is fantastic. The film will easily cross the 50 crore mark.

Aashiqui 2 is already a Super Hit officially and if the film continued doing well in coming days, we can have the first blockbuster of the year too.
